Job Title: Corporate Strategy Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Corporate Strategy Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of kidspreneurship while working across multiple functions and geographies.

This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, accounts, or business administration, and be comfortable with basic HR and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Collect and organize invoices, record expenses under the correct heads, prepare project-wise profit and loss statements, and provide clear snapshots of the overall P&L for all markets and projects.
  • HR & Payroll Administration: Draft and issue offer letters, process monthly salary payouts, deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable, and support basic HR and people operations tasks.
  • Administrative Support: Manage travel bookings and logistics, handle paperwork and documentation, and oversee day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Background in finance, accounts, or business administration, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.), attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Personal Qualities: A team player who is also capable of working independently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
