Job Opportunity: Strategy and M&A Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategy and M&A Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a keen interest in building a career in strategy consulting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with global teams of consultants and clients to understand their vision and devise innovative strategies for growth and expansion. This role requires excellent analytical and presentation skills, as well as the ability to conduct thorough market research using various platforms such as S&P CapIQ, IBISWorld, Merger Markets, and Bloomberg.

The ideal candidate will have prior work experience in strategy houses or Big 4 consulting firms, with a strong background in corporate strategy and development. Exposure to international client geographies is highly valued. A bachelor's degree from a premier institute globally or India is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and expansion
  • Analyze complex qualitative and quantitative data to inform business decisions
  • Conduct market research and provide recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate development
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles
