We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to fill a key position within our organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing project roadmaps that align with our company strategy. They will also identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within our safety ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement project roadmaps that align with our company strategy.
  • Identify data patterns to support informed decision-making.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead and contribute to business case development, workshops, and RFPs.
  • Support and lead technical root cause analysis and work with vendors to resolve issues related to pharmacovigilance systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field OR bachelor's degree with 6-8 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field OR diploma with 10-12 years of experience in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with COTS pharmacovigilance platforms or other safety databases.
  • Extensive expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, testing, data analysis, and change control.
  • Experienced in agile project methodologies and working in product teams using JIRA.
