We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Engineering Specialist.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale distributed applications that cater to multiple tenants seamlessly. They must also be able to integrate with various external payment processors and intermediaries using industry-standard methods.

Responsibilities:
  1. Designing and developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.
  2. Ensuring seamless support for multiple tenants.
  3. Integrating with external payment processors and vendors.
  4. Driving communication with partners and stakeholders.
  5. Troubleshooting complex issues.
  6. Implementing systems for reliability, availability, scalability, and performance.
Requirements:
  1. At least 10 years of experience in software development.
  2. Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  3. Strong project management skills and strategic thinking.
  4. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills & Efficiency:
  1. Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices, System architecture, and DSA.
  2. Strong presentation skills to communicate complex ideas.
  3. Collaboration and teamwork skills.
  4. Agile methodologies and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  5. Highly available and reliable application management.
Communication & Ownership:
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
