Job Title: IT Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as an IT Talent Acquisitions Specialist. This role is essential for ensuring that our organization continues to thrive by bringing in skilled professionals who can contribute to our innovative projects and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  2. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  3. Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  4. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assist in the selection process.
  6. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
  7. Participate in job fairs and career events to promote the organization and attract talent.
  8. Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
