We are looking for a skilled Guest Relations Specialist to provide exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and engaging interaction while representing our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and prospective buyers, creating a positive impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including walk-in inquiries, calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Support sales and CRM teams by handling customer walk-ins, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Provide project-related information to visitors and direct them to the relevant department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain records of client visits, inquiries, and interactions for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or front desk roles is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Prior experience as a Guest Relations Executive or Customer Service Executive is an asset.
