We are seeking a highly skilled Messaging Systems Expert to lead our team in developing and deploying scalable messaging systems.

This role requires strong technical expertise in designing, implementing, and managing messaging systems that meet the demands of high-volume data processing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with messaging frameworks such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, and other industry-standard technologies.

Additionally, they should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Mastery of cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform is also essential, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.

An understanding of microservice architecture and implementation, as well as hands-on experience in delivering messaging systems design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability, is required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive technology strategy, architect solutions, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

You will be working on a variety of challenging projects, from building scalable messaging systems to improving existing infrastructure.

The ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and architectures, as well as a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends, is highly valued.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory, while a Master's degree is an added advantage.

The preferred qualifications include advanced certifications related to Kafka or AWS messaging services, previous experience in a senior leadership role focused on messaging and streaming systems, and experience with multi-cloud environments and connectivity strategies.
