Job Title: Messaging Systems Architect

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Messaging Systems Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable messaging systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with messaging systems like Kafka, ActiveMQ, and AWS messaging platforms. They should also be proficient in Terraform for infrastructure automation and one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Software Engineering Expertise: Possess formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 8+ years of applied experience.
  • Messaging Systems Expertise: Expertise in messaging systems such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, etc.
  • Kafka Platform Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Kafka concepts, managed Kafka, topic migration, multi-cloud cluster connectivity, replication, and platform-level intricacies.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Provisioning: Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
  • AWS Messaging Platforms: Proficiency in AWS messaging platforms like Amazon MSK, Amazon MQ, Amazon SQS, etc.
  • Programming Proficiency: Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, etc.
  • Microservice Architecture: Good understanding and knowledge of microservice architecture and implementation.
