Job Role

A Technical Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure IT services and infrastructure uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Implement robust incident response processes to minimize downtime.
  • Develop automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks, improving efficiency and reducing errors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems and scripting languages like Bash and Python.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible and Helm.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
