Job Title: Business Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, track, and manage procurement documents using Oracle.
  • C coordinate with teams for timely follow-up and execution of purchase orders.
  • Prepare and upload accruals, generate forecast/revenue reports, and maintain revenue trackers.
  • Update and maintain trackers with document numbers, purchase orders, and statements of work.
  • Perform month-end financial activities, including reconciliation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure signed agreements and assist in negotiations.
  • Draft, manage, and maintain agreements, master service agreements, and related documentation.
  • Create and manage client invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle tasks to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively via email to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Hands-on experience in financial operations, including accruals, revenue forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to create and manage agreements, master service agreements, and related documentation.
  • Excellent vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with task management and client invoicing processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
