About the Role:

  • Implement a preventive maintenance program that addresses potential equipment failure risks and evaluates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with local agencies and landlords to manage lease agreements and contractual services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality Human Experience Roadmap across the campus by developing programs that drive employee engagement and sense of belonging.
  • Develop impactful strategies for client engagement and create engaging experiences for employees and clients alike.
  • Work closely with data analytics to optimize space management and maximize return on investment.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in facilities management or a related field is highly desirable.
