We are seeking a talented individual to join our Metrics Reporting and Analytics team at Mercer, a global leader in helping clients realize their investment objectives, shape the future of work and enhance health and retirement outcomes for their people.

This hybrid role is based in India and requires working at least three days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to reporting requirements and translate data into actionable insights
  • Capture all process-related updates and exceptions, and share reports on a timely basis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Utilize statistical techniques and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Design, develop, and automate reports and dashboards to provide timely and actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures
  • Implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop attractive dashboards using Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any process-related updates and queries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics
  • Proficiency in Qlik dashboard creation and data visualization techniques
  • Knowledge of Health/Wealth/Career domain is preferred
  • Good interpretation and decision-making skills
  • Strong command on MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (must)
  • VBA, Python, JavaScript/Office Script knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced logical, data analytical, and data mining skills
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, attention to details
