Market Development Manager

As a Sales Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the building material segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Identify potential clients and establish meaningful relationships within the building material market
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Provide consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships
- Extensive knowledge of tiles and interior products
- Mandatory skill: Proven sales experience in the building material industry
- Familiarity with granite, wood veneer, aluminium formwork, glass, UPVC, and plywood
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
