Analytics Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Professional to drive data-driven decision making across our organization. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
  • Visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
