Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sitecore expert to join our team for a short-term, high-impact role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content modeling, workflows, governance, and migration activities for a multi-brand, multilingual portal.

The successful candidate will have strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud and proven expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and RBAC. They will also have hands-on experience with GraphQL and Experience Edge, as well as content release management with SCS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own content modeling and taxonomy design for the portal.
  • Configure XMCC templates, workflows, RBAC, publishing approvals, and SLAs.
  • Define Experience Edge schemas/contracts with Next.js/React teams.
  • Run content releases using Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) and manage environment promotion.
  • Lead migration activities from CH1/XM → XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and QA.
  • Enforce compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and RBAC.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Experience Edge.
  • Content release management with SCS.
