Job Description

We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee user retention and reactivation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, creative thinking, and hands-on experience in campaign execution.

The primary goal is to understand user behavior, develop strategies to prevent churn, and implement proactive measures to win back lapsed listeners.

This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing targeted campaigns to engage at-risk users and reactivate lapsed subscribers.

Key Responsibilities
  • At-Risk User Intervention: Identify listeners showing signs of disengagement or high risk of churning and design campaigns to re-engage them before they cancel their subscription.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation: Develop and manage end-to-end strategies for bringing back churned subscribers, including segmenting users based on past listening behavior and time since churn.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-7 years of focused experience in churn management, user reactivation, or save strategies, ideally within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.
  • Innovative Problem-Solver: Ability to think creatively and challenge assumptions to build industry-leading churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Direct experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical Sharpness: Fluency in digging through data to find opportunities and strong proficiency with SQL for independent analysis.
  • Pasion for Music: Genuine interest in music and audio will give you an edge in crafting resonant and effective campaigns.
