Oracle Flexcube Techno-Functional Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant to provide expertise in customization and production support for our core banking system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Module Support: Provide technical guidance on Oracle Flexcube modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Customization and Configuration: Utilize strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration to deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting: Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube, providing timely resolution to technical issues.
  • EOD/BOD Operations: Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Documentation: Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
