We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM professional to drive implementation, configuration, and support of various modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Payroll (US), and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Lead RFP responses, partner with sales and technical teams, and create comprehensive submissions that align with client requirements and best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions by mapping needs to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identifying functionality fit/gaps.
  • Configure and document application setups for Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
