Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll specialist to lead our team in India.

This role is pivotal in establishing and growing our offshore capability, working closely with UK-based counterparts to deliver high-quality managed services to clients.

  • Manage a team of payroll-focused support consultants based in India
  • Work as a senior Oracle Cloud Payroll consultant, resolving complex client issues across Payroll and related modules
  • Partner with the UK Payroll Support Lead to build a cohesive, cross-regional support function
  • Act as an expert on Oracle Cloud Payroll, providing deep knowledge in configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering or supporting UK Payroll, including full lifecycle implementations, and in-depth knowledge of HCM/Payroll processes, configuration, legislation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of payroll-focused support consultants
  • Resolve complex client issues across Payroll and related modules
  • Build a cohesive, cross-regional support function
  • Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance
  • Supervise quarterly Oracle Cloud release cycles
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and maintain clear resolutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Drive improvements in support processes and documentation

Prior Experience:

  • Experience delivering or supporting UK Payroll, including full lifecycle implementations
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM/Payroll processes, configuration, legislation, and reporting
  • Supporting large, complex solutions with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Oracle quarterly update cycles
