Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead strategic and operational projects within our Indian production unit. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and effective communication with our U.S.-based team.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously. You will have the opportunity to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Indian and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Manage project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
  • Create, revise, and improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, costs, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards, in collaboration with QA/QC teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus.
  • PMP certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
