Role Summary

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist founders with daily tasks, including research, reporting, meeting coordination, and project support
  • Execute marketing strategies, manage events, and create content as needed
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous internship or experience in a similar role (a plus)

  • Very high attention to detail: accurate and thorough in all aspects of work
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, spreadsheets, financial models, formulae, and data

  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken): excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Travel when required, based in Vijayawada
