We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Insights Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for extracting valuable insights from complex data sets.

As a Business Insights Specialist, you will work on cutting-edge projects involving data collection, processing, analysis, and visualization. You will have the opportunity to engage in multiple mini-projects across various functional areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Processing: Gather data from various sources and databases, clean and pre-process data to ensure quality and usability, develop and maintain data pipelines, implement data validation procedures and quality checks.
  • Data Analysis & Modelling: Apply statistical methods to interpret datasets, identify patterns, trends, and correlations in complex data, develop predictive models and conduct hypothesis testing, create data-driven solutions for business problems.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and visual reports, develop compelling data visualizations to communicate findings, present analytical insights to stakeholders, automate regular reporting processes.
  • Business Intelligence: Transform raw data into actionable business insights, support decision-making processes with data-backed recommendations, monitor key performance indicators and metrics, identify opportunities for process optimization.
