Reporting To: Senior Manager - Brand Marketing

Job Overview:

The Brand Marketing function for Emerging Business is focused on driving exponential business growth through innovative propositions and clutter-breaking communication.

This role will spearhead the marketing charter for Holiday Package business at MakeMyTrip and formulate a multi-channel marketing growth strategy for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive demand for the brand offerings for both online and offline sales networks, meeting ROI guardrails.
  • Identify opportunities by product, market, or consumer segments to drive efficient business growth.
  • Maintain and build a strong understanding of consumer, category, and competition landscape.
  • Develop and implement insights-driven brand communication & campaigns, end-to-end from ideation to media execution.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication development.
  • Ideate and lead cross-channel media approach in sync with the overall marketing and growth strategy for the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue, Product, Category, Sales) to ensure a cohesive marketing approach and GTM for new product launches.
Qualification & Experience:
  • MBA from Tier 1 College
  • 3-4 Years of Brand Marketing experience with an E-Commerce or FMCG brand.
  • Proven track record of managing ATL & BTL Brand Campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Ad platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Meta, etc.)
  • Experience with Performance marketing channels like SEO & SEM
  • Prior experience with trade/franchise marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with own base marketing (CRM/CLM) is a plus
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹30-40 lakhs, depending on qualifications and experience.

This compensation package includes a base salary and additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
