About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Expert to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models. As a key member of our team, you will guide engineers to ensure the successful deployment of projects leveraging AI/ML technologies to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Collaboration: Discuss client requirements and develop tailored proposals to meet their needs.
  • Model Oversight: Oversee AI model development and deployment, focusing on content generation models that deliver high-quality results.
  • AI Solution Development: Engage in coding, designing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that drive business value.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead projects, contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and provide high-quality solutions to customers.
  • Tech Awareness: Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Employ logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • NLP, CV, & Programming Expertise: Hands-on experience in NLP, Computer Vision, and related concepts is essential for this role.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, setting strategies for AI model development and deployment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, and Keras.
  • LLM Experience: Experience with Large Language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, etc., along with integration frameworks like LangChain, Llamaindex, AgentGPT, etc.
  • Deep Learning OCR: Extensive experience implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms is highly valued.
  • Neural Networks: Working knowledge of ANNs, CNNs, RNNs, and GANs is required.
  • Python Expertise: Strong coding skills in Python, including frameworks, best practices, and design patterns, are essential.
  • Deployment: Experience deploying AI/ML solutions as a service or REST API endpoints on Cloud or Kubernetes.
  • Development Methodologies: Proficient in development methodologies and writing unit tests in Python.
  • Cloud: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.
