AI Agent Specialist & CrewAI Expert Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI agent specialist and CrewAI expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in developing custom tools, plugins, or integrations for automation or AI frameworks.

Job Summary:

This role involves building applications using agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI & LangChain Agents), troubleshooting, debugging, and customizing complex software systems or AI/ML frameworks. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of fundamental AI/ML concepts and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their APIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing custom tools, plugins, or integrations for automation or AI frameworks.
  • Building applications using agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI & LangChain Agents).
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and customizing complex software systems or AI/ML frameworks.
Requirements:

For this role, we require the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. 4+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  3. Proficiency in Python programming, including standard libraries, object-oriented design, and best practices.
  4. Minimum 1 year of demonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas:
    1. a. Developing custom tools, plugins, or integrations for automation or AI frameworks.
    2. b. Building applications using agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI & LangChain Agents).
    3. c. Troubleshooting, debugging, and customizing complex software systems or AI/ML frameworks.
    4. d. Contributing significantly to the architecture and design of scalable software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:

Direct hands-on experience building projects using CrewAI. Experience with front-end development (React, NextJS, HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to facilitate better integration. Familiarity with vector databases (VectorDB, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Understanding of advanced agent concepts like memory, planning, and reflection.
