Role Overview:

We are seeking a technical expert to lead the development of high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable solutions, creating technical documentation.
  • Provide project estimations and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain high coding standards, enforcing best practices and performance optimizations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Oversee feature development and bug fixes, ensuring no regressions are introduced.
  • Drive projects through the development lifecycle, from environments to production deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during regular meetings, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
  • Implement test automation using Jest (Unit Tests) and Playwright (Component Tests).
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimizations during feature development and delivery.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Expertise in Java, including design patterns and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Solid understanding of Micro Frontend (MFE) and Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.
  • Hands-on experience in test automation (Jest, Playwright).
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Desirable Competencies:

  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of engineers.
  • 2+ years of experience working with global teams.
