Job Description

The role of a Technical Lead in our Engineering team will involve owning and driving the technical direction of multiple projects. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to junior engineers, and ensuring that the team is working efficiently towards shared goals.

A key aspect of this role will be working closely with Product Managers to design and develop new features. The right candidate will have strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Vue.js, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript. Experience with large-scale e-commerce systems is highly valued, as well as a passion for constant improvement as a Software Engineer.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate team members and ensure that everyone is working towards common objectives. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
