Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Full Stack Developer (MEAN/MERN) at Explurger, located in Delhi, India. The Lead Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing and developing both front-end and back-end components of our application. Daily tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the responsiveness and efficiency of applications, and troubleshooting complex problems to provide innovative solutions. The candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers while driving the technical vision and ensuring the scalability and stability of our platform.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both Back-End and Front-End Web Development
  • Strong experience in Software Development and Full-Stack Development (Angular, React, Node.JS and MongoDB.
  • Expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Competency in JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in leading and mentoring development teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
