About the Job

WNS Next is seeking a Senior Director to lead its Product Design Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both internal teams and external users.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of leading teams who design and ship AI-powered products or features. They should possess exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in early client discussions to shape design strategy, translating needs into actionable insights.
  • Establish and streamline design operations to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across teams.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a track record of using data to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex design concepts and strategies.
