Senior ETL Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior ETL Developer to design, configure, code, test, debug, and document system and application programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create efficient ETL solutions that adhere to the company's software development lifecycle.
  • Develop technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
  • Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documentation to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to maintain best practices.
  • Develop operational and system-level documentation for ongoing support and future enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized for performance, and compliant with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 6-7 years of professional experience in software development or data integration roles.
  • Strong expertise with Informatica IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud).
  • Advanced PL/SQL programming skills.
  • Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of ETL design patterns, performance tuning, and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
