Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Post Silicon Validation Engineer to lead strategic technology initiatives for Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon software validation, platform bring-up, and enablement.

This role requires strong technical expertise in pre-silicon/post-silicon validation, hardware-software integration, and semiconductor or embedded product engineering services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional teams across silicon design, embedded software, systems engineering, and validation.
  • Handle issue escalation, drive risk mitigation strategies, and ensure successful validation/integration cycles.
  • Support business development activities including presales proposals, solution architecture, and effort estimations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of embedded systems and software development experience, with a strong background in pre-silicon/post-silicon validation, hardware-software integration, and leadership or technical ownership roles.

Requirements
  • Deep expertise in pre-silicon validation flows.
  • Post-silicon bring-up, bootloader and OS bring-up, SoC microarchitecture.
  • System validation & test automation frameworks, high-speed interface validation and compliance testing.
  • Programming languages, emulation platforms, secure boot, TEE, power/performance validation.
  • Experience with various SoCs from NXP, Qualcomm, Intel, AMD, TI, ST, or RISC-V ecosystem.
