Job Title: Data Quality and Governance Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data quality and governance professional to lead our data management initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our data is accurate, complete, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data quality initiatives to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework that defines roles, responsibilities, and processes for data management
  • Support the implementation of EDM, DCAM, and DAMA frameworks in a complex, regulated environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that data governance practices are aligned with business needs and objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data quality assurance, data governance, or related roles
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software, and a deep understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
