A deep understanding of Collibra's platform, encompassing configuration, integration, workflow development, and stakeholder engagement, is crucial for success in this position.
\This job entails leading the end-to-end implementation and administration of the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, designing and configuring a tailored operating model, developing and maintaining bespoke workflows, integrating Collibra with existing enterprise systems, collaborating with data stewards and business users to establish and enforce data governance policies, and providing comprehensive training and support to business and technical users on Collibra usage and best practices.
\Key qualifications include having 10+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, or data quality, as well as 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Collibra. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of data governance frameworks, data stewardship, and data lifecycle management, proficiency in Collibra APIs, BPMN, and scripting languages, and experience with data cataloging, lineage, and business glossary in Collibra.
\Responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining data governance frameworks, ensuring high-quality data, and enabling data stewardship across the organization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams, are essential for success in this role.
