Job Title: Engineering Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned and driven engineering project director with extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies to lead complex projects in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong delivery mindset, hands-on leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of engineering delivery for key customer accounts.
  • Lead high-performing teams of 30 to 60 engineers, ensuring timely and quality delivery across multiple projects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor influencing decisions and shaping outcomes.
  • Manage two to five concurrent projects balancing delivery, stakeholder communication, and team velocity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science engineering or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Proven experience in leading software engineering teams with a focus on delivery ownership, technical excellence, and team development.
  • Hands-on experience in IT or software services firms with exposure to enterprise-scale solution delivery.
  • Deep technical expertise in the Microsoft platform.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage with both engineering teams and senior business stakeholders.
