Technical Leader Opportunity

The successful Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of solutions.

The role involves analyzing all facets of technology, from documentation and design to code and security. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills, diagnostic abilities, and strong leadership qualities.

  • Required Skills:
  • Experience with tech stacks: Back End – FastAPI, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL; Front End – React Js; DevOps– CI/CD, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Linux servers, Azure, Redis;
  • Proficiency in writing optimized codes and supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work;
  • Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team;
  • Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals;
  • Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time;
  • Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible;
  • Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements;
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments;
  • Utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase;
  • Motivating the team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns;
  • Monitoring front-end performance and implementing optimizations to ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience;
  • Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes;
  • Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
