Welcome to the role of Test Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional with 7+ years of expertise in Python, Selenium, and BDD frameworks (SpecFlow/Behave) for end-to-end testing of web applications, REST APIs, and integration projects in an Agile environment.

Job Description
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams including Test Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to assess test scenarios and define test requirements using a risk-based approach.
  • To plan and execute comprehensive test activities: Test strategy, plan, conditions, scripts, data, reporting, and execution.
  • Covering Product Test, Integration Test, Technical Test, and Deployment Test.
  • To design and execute detailed functional test cases for complex requirements.
  • To develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Python (BDD frameworks like SpecFlow / Python Behave).
  • To perform Web Application, Web Services, and REST API automation testing.
  • To manage defect lifecycle and ensure quality deliverables within timelines.
  • To identify process improvements and optimization opportunities in QA delivery.
  • To ensure test delivery assurance while complying with industry standard tools and frameworks.
  • To communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear test updates and risk reporting.
  • To work proactively in ambiguous/uncertain environments, managing risks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of QA experience (minimum 4+ years in Selenium BDD framework).
  • Strong expertise in Python for automation testing.
  • Hands-on in Selenium WebDriver, BDD (SpecFlow / Behave).
  • QA automation for Web Applications, Web Services, REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and manual testing practices.
  • Skilled in test case design, execution (manual + automation), and QA methodologies.
