Job Title: Material Testing Professional – Foundry Quality Assurance Specialist

 

Department: Quality Assurance

Experience Required: 4–7 years in Foundry/Metallurgical Quality Control

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raw Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Sand Testing: Develop and implement effective sand testing procedures to ensure consistent quality results.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality assurance strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes and increase efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in materials science principles, testing equipment operation, and data analysis software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
