Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of welded components to guarantee compliance with project specifications.
  • Develop and enforce adherence to welding procedures and fabrication standards.
  • Perform stage-wise inspection and final quality checks to ensure products meet the required level of quality.
  • Maintain accurate quality documents, inspection reports, and non-conformance records.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Coordinate third-party and client inspections as required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QC (Welding & Fabrication) with a focus on quality control.
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards including ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
