Your RoleYou'll be responsible for overseeing collection activities across a broad cross-section of our customer portfolios in North America. Your primary focus will be on analyzing accounts, setting targets, and developing strategies to drive collections. You'll also manage the day-to-day operations of our collection processes, provide early-stage customer service, and collaborate with our cash application team to ensure seamless remittance advise.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll support other finance operations by providing and receiving information from customers regarding invoicing, collection, and cash application. You'll also be responsible for account reconciliation, managing adjustments, and processing promises to pay, deductions, payment plans, and write-offs.
What We Look For- A graduate/postgraduate/master's degree in any stream
- Proficient in both verbal and written business communications
- 7-9 years of experience required in North America collections process
- Systems knowledge in ERPs (ADMIN, CARMS, COMPASS, CSG, and CBS)
- Experience in North American process transition would be preferred
- Proficiency in Collections Tools like Getpaid, Contact Tool, High Radius would be preferred
- Should have knowledge of MS Excel at intermediate level
