Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven initiatives and drive business growth through advanced exploratory data analysis and machine learning model development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced ML models and Generative AI solutions, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Drive end-to-end data science projects from data preparation to deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
  • Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to business problems, leveraging expertise in NLP, fine-tuning, and framework architecture.
  • Guide and mentor junior data scientists in technical delivery, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions, driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn, with experience in MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks, including FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in leading data science teams or initiatives.
  • Prior experience working in life sciences, healthcare, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and orchestration tools.
