Expert Quality Assurance Specialist

This position plays a crucial role within the organization, operating across various industries.
The Quality Manager oversees and ensures the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all operations & labs. This involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor the QMS to ensure compliance with ISO /IEC 17025, ISO 9001, BIS, and other relevant standards.
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of the management system across departments, appraise management on its effectiveness, and lead quality audits (internal and external).
- Register customer complaints, investigate root causes, and train staff on QMS requirements, quality procedures, and testing standards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks for tests carried out in the LAB using appropriate tools.
- Control management system documents in the LAB, liaison with accreditation/approval/regulatory bodies, and review/approve quality management system documents.
- Improve the management system, identify deviations, and initiate actions to prevent or minimize such deviations.
Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure participation in proficiency testing, calibration, and maintenance of instruments.
