Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Description
- The primary responsibility of a Quality Assurance Specialist involves conducting thorough audits or calls to evaluate the performance of colleagues who interact with customers.
- A key aspect of this role is to assess the quality of our customer-facing teams by monitoring inbound and outbound calls and emails to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing call monitoring and providing trend data to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with process goals and supporting team members in achieving them.
- Conducting calibration sessions and implementing action plans to minimize variance.
- Preparing and analyzing internal and external quality reports for management review.
- Multitasking and effective time management skills.
Requirements:
- At least 1+ year of experience in quality assurance processes.
- Preferred experience in third-party or first-party quality assurance.
- A motivated and proactive individual with strong attention to detail, decision-making skills, and adaptability.
- Ability to multitask, operate in a fast-paced environment, and effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
