Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

  • Audit calls, chats/email interactions to ensure high performance delivery on quality parameters.
  • Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve scores for training throughput or conversion.
  • Participate in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring & feedback delivery approach.
  • Make recommendations and drive process improvement.
  • Reduce learning curve and enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners.
  • Ensure internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are followed.
  • Customer/Client Interactions using process knowledge and highlighting key areas to work on.
  • Prepare TNA, publish and execute for 100% closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and assess quality performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
  • Analyze data to inform quality decisions and optimize processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and success.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handling quality for outbound sales accounts.
  • Must understand audit and coaching processes.
  • Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical knowledge of English communication - sentence construction, grammar, punctuation, etc.
  • Effective presentation, feedback, and coaching skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Customer orientation and customer service attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate quantitative and qualitative analysis.
