Job Title: System Engineer Support

Job Description:
As a system engineer support, you will be responsible for monitoring the infrastructure of our systems on a regular schedule. This includes CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters.

If any performance issues are detected, you will report them to the appropriate teams if they exceed certain thresholds. You will also monitor scheduled tasks on the system and ensure their successful completion. In case of task failures, you will rerun the task.

Your responsibilities will include reporting technical errors to L2/L3 teams for resolution. You will also monitor email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets. Initial responses to these tickets will be updated accordingly, and further details may be gathered from business/end-users or other teams if required.

The issue reproduction process involves testing the environment and providing inputs to the L2 team member. Finally, you will validate issue fixes in the internal testing environment based on customer inputs provided.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have had customer-facing experience of more than 3+ years. You must have managed either application or infrastructure support at the L1 level for at least 3 years. Experience with SailPoint or IAM system support is highly desirable.

Additionally, you should be able to provide written and oral responses to customers within defined SLAs. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential. You must also be experienced in handling customer-related queries on system functionality and providing required support. Furthermore, you should have experience in doing customer issue-based validation.
