Market Research Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Market Research Specialist to join our team at BHIVE Workspace. The successful candidate will have a strong background in market research, competitive intelligence, and brand strategy.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading eCorts to gather, analyze, and interpret market intelligence, enabling the company to remain ahead of trends and competitors. This role demands expertise in competition benchmarking, customer insights, and strategic recommendations to drive BHIVE's Real Estate (RE) content platform, bolster brand equity, and support high-impact marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct comprehensive competitive benchmarking to understand market positioning, pricing, and oCerings of key competitors in coworking and managed oCice spaces.


• Analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the real estate and coworking sectors.


• Develop reports that compare BHIVE's strengths and weaknesses relative to competitors, identifying opportunities for diCerentiation and growth.


• Research consumer needs and preferences in the real estate and coworking markets to identify opportunities for BHIVE's RE content platform.


• Evaluate performance metrics of content initiatives and recommend improvements for user engagement and content value.


• Support the marketing team in creating data-backed content campaigns that resonate with BHIVE's target audiences.


• Monitor and evaluate BHIVE's brand performance across channels to ensure it aligns with market trends and customer perceptions.


• Conduct brand health studies and suggest strategies for enhancing brand visibility, loyalty, and trust.


• Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to refine the messaging and positioning of BHIVE's products and services.


• Develop detailed customer personas by analyzing data from surveys, focus groups, and behavioral studies.


• Identify key drivers of customer satisfaction and loyalty to improve product and service oCerings.


• Utilize insights to shape marketing campaigns and enhance the customer journey.


• Research industry trends, forums, and media channels to identify opportunities for Shesh Rao Paplikar's personal branding.


• Develop strategies to position Shesh as a thought leader, leveraging platforms like social media, webinars, and panel discussions.


• Work with PR teams to design campaigns that highlight Shesh's vision, expertise, and contributions to the industry.


• Leverage data analytics tools to extract actionable insights from multiple sources, including market trends, internal metrics, and customer feedback.


• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on market dynamics, competition, and business performance.


• Present findings to senior leadership in a clear and actionable format, enabling strategic decision-making.
