Job Description:

This internship involves working closely with our HR Manager to assist with recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various job boards and other channels, screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through various job boards and other channels.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
  • Assist with general office administration and upkeep.
Qualifications:
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with Recruiter is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory
  • Must be well-settled in Bangalore.
