Manage Production Operations 

As a seasoned Production Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our cutting-edge solid-state battery cell production line, driving efficiency and yield to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize production processes for maximum efficiency and quality
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to electrode coating, cell assembly, and sealing processes
  • Implement process improvements to enhance cell performance, lifespan, and overall production quality
  • Lead data analysis to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction

 

Quality Control Measures

Establish and enforce strict quality control measures throughout the production process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications for solid-state batteries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust quality control protocols
  • Conduct regular in-line inspections and final product testing
  • Analyze quality data to identify potential issues before they impact product performance

 

Team Leadership and Development

Lead and motivate a high-performing team of production technicians, operators, and engineers responsible for cell assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff on new technologies and procedures
  • Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team

 

Technical Expertise

Bring your expertise in solid-state battery technology, including principles of solid electrolytes, electrode materials, and cell assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of solid-state battery technology
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to implement new cell designs and technology advancements

 

Project Management

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production flow and manage project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with R&D, procurement, quality assurance, and maintenance teams
  • Manage project timelines and budgets for production scale-up and process optimization

 

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in chemical engineering, materials science, or electrical engineering, with extensive experience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing and leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in relevant field
  • Extensive experience in lithium-ion battery manufacturing and leadership
  • Proven track record in managing production teams
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
