Real Estate Analyst

As a Real Estate Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of Broker Price Opinion (BPO) reports.

The BPO process involves collaborating with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather information. Your primary responsibility will be coordinating the entire BPO process from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
  • Track the progress of BPO assignments and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years experience in International voice process.
  • Familiarity with US markets.
