Job Title: Transactional Quality Manager/International Voice Process

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned quality professional with expertise in managing international voice processes. They must have at least 8 years of experience, with a background in either quality management or tenured deputy management.

Key Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement in transaction quality and delivery, managing call quality and client-related KPIs, and strengthening quality management processes to improve quality delivery.

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of TQ interventions
  • Capturing SLA/SLO metrics, reporting needs of all clients, and setting up/customizing processes to meet client expectations
  • Generating and implementing out-of-the-box ideas and process improvement initiatives
  • Driving process control and compliance, as well as managing audit requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, data handling and interpretation skills, and a high level of maturity to handle people including but not limited to clients, stakeholders, peers, etc.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in quality management or tenured deputy management
  • Expertise in managing international voice processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data handling and interpretation skills
