Job Title: Solar Project Manager

Job Description:

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of solar water pump installations across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with field installation partners, ensuring clear agreements and performance monitoring.
  • Project Flow & Execution: Ensure seamless workflows from surveys to claim submissions within strict timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Oversee portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Quality & Training: Drive training programs for partners and internal teams on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government officials, farmers, installation partners, and internal customers to resolve delays and ensure approvals.
